4 Services & Proposals

Pricing shown on our Pricing page is indicative and intended to help you budget — it is not a binding quote. A project only becomes a binding commitment once both parties agree on scope, price, and timeline, typically confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal). Custom projects may be priced differently from the packages shown on the Site.

5 Your Submissions

When you submit information through our Contact form or by email, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

6 Third-Party Links & Client Sites

Our Portfolio and Projects pages link out to live websites we've built for clients. Once a project is delivered, we don't control what a client publishes on their own site afterward — we are not responsible for the content, availability, or security of any third-party site linked from ours, and linking to a site does not imply an ongoing endorsement of everything published there. If you notice a linked site behaving unexpectedly, please let us know.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is." While we work to keep it accurate, fast, and available, we make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
