2 Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions — when you fill out the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the service you're interested in, your estimated budget, and your message.
• Direct communication — if you email, call, or message us directly, we keep a record of that conversation to respond to you and manage the project.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and project timelines;
• Deliver the services you've engaged us for;
• Send you updates related to your project (not marketing emails, unless you ask us to);
• Keep basic business records for accounting and legal purposes.

4 How We Share Information

We don't sell your information. We only share it in these situations:

• Form processing. Contact form submissions are relayed to our inbox using FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-delivery service. Your submission passes through their servers to reach us — see their own privacy policy for how they handle that data in transit.
• Legal requirements. If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, we may disclose information to the relevant authority.
• Business transfer. If TiMisOnline is ever acquired or restructured, client information may transfer as part of that transaction, under the same confidentiality commitments.

5 Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark mode preference, and a service worker to cache site assets so the site loads faster and works offline as an installable app. Neither of these track you across other websites. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

6 Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and project-related communication for as long as needed to deliver our services and maintain reasonable business records — typically no longer than a few years after our last contact with you, unless we're legally required to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Rights below).

7 Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• Ask us to delete your information;
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information;
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

8 Third-Party Services

This site loads a small number of third-party resources to function properly:

• Google Fonts — for the typefaces used across the site;
• Font Awesome (cdnjs) — for icons;
• FormSubmit.co — to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox.

Loading these resources may expose your IP address and browser details to those providers, governed by their own privacy policies. Our Portfolio and Projects pages also link out to live client websites we've built — once you leave timisonline.com, this policy no longer applies.

9 Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

10 Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including serving this site over HTTPS. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services or the site evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
